Awesome looking Sig Paladin
, and great info fellers
.
I've been liking from what I've been reading on it, deja' vu' for sure. I haven't got me hands on one yet, but it's in the works. Sigs air gun version of course!
Also isn't it the main carry of the Navy/Seals right now? If I can remember from the last time I looked

I believe you are correct Willy about the Seals carrying Sigs. I am not sure of the caliber but have a recollection that it may be .45

My youngest boy (9) got me this sign to hang on my shop door! I love it.

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Appreciate the comments John, Ray, and Willy. I almost bought a Ruger MK IV which is substantially improved over the first 3 editions.
The Rugers were famous for being very complex to disassemble. But the MK IV is now about the simplest of guns to break down. You push a button and in 2 seconds everything is apart. I chose the Browning finally because they hold their resale value better.

Nothin wrong with that line of thinking Gary
.
Here's was my early Christmas present to myself
. An Umarex Glock 19, .177 co2 air pistol. Looks/feels great, accurate, and powerful within 15-20 yards. Fires off bb's as fast as you can pull the trigger, non-blowback so no recoil to speak of. Great Glock training tool

Those are awesome, guys!
Incidentally, a Browning Buckmark is my dad's practice lead-slinger of choice, he has one just like that.

I've had a Buckmark since the early '90s - always an excellent shooter!

I have fired a Buckmark that a friend owns and they are nice! I bought a Ruger Mark IV in competition version and love it, also. Just ordered a Vortex Venom red dot for it; my old eyes will do better with it, I hope. Meanwhile, I am post-op shoulder surgery, ten days out and it is truly amazing how many things you can't do with just one non-dominant arm.
Hoping to be able to shoot firearms by early Spring?

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
I had a chance to handle one of these at one of our local gunshops today. For those of you who have not seen one yet, it is a double barrel 22 magnum revolver with a 8 round cylinder, but it fires 4 times before reloading because it shoots TWO AT A TIME!
You may also notice that the trigger is operated by two fingers, and I gave it a pull and I can see why. It takes two fingers to fire it. Definitely has a heavy pull. The frame is polymer, and the barrel length is 1.25", yes one and one quarter inches! It would have as much bark as it would have bite. It is obviously intended for concealed carry for personal protection. Imagine firing TWO 22 magnum rounds at an attacker simultaneously. It could be loaded with JHP rounds, or FMJ rounds, or even one of each alternating. Kind of a wild idea that someone came up with. It is called the "Thunderstruck" and runs a shade over $400.
