Feeling like an 'Ol Timer today.... I got eight pockets between shirt and pants today so I might as well go for a 50% EDC/Pocket ratio ::hmm:: It only makes good sense... ::hmm::

I've had a hankering for an overbuilt folder to carry. I don't really need it. The Buck 055 handles 98% of my cutting chores but nevertheless, I wanted to carry a big, beefy folder to supplement the 055.

I was going to do some research today and buy a new knife to satisfy that desire but then I realized that I had this SOG Kiku XR in my car that I forgot was there. Looks like I won't be buying a knife today after all as the SOG is pretty much what I had in mind. I just forgot that I had it.

Awesome choices, GSP, Dan, David, r&t and Rick. ::nod::👍

It's Girl Scout Cookie season, why not a Girl Scout Scout? I rank Ulster's old jigged bone right up there with Case Rogers, Cattaraugus worm grooved and Remington jigged "Stag."

Thanks bud, appreciate that. Hey if you want to step up your game and get the most bang for the bucks, check out Secondlifeknives.com and you will see how many sweeties Jeffinn has available. The stainless Stockman is a Jeffinn knife, he put the bones on it and I loooooooooooooove them. Thanks again. ::handshake::

And DM11, that's some beautiful Ebony wood you have there, I assume anyway. Great looking wood whatever it is. Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice. ::tu::

A great trio!

I dropped this one (the only markings on it are "Made in USA" and "Can Opener") into my pocket today. I can't decide if I should leave it as it is or try to remove the extensive darkening as best I can.

Beautiful knives, guys.

I haven't bought many - if any - knives in the last couple of years. I've been carrying this little 63090 every day since 2011. I thought it would be interesting to post some pics of it new in 2011, then in 2016, then 2023 to see the progression of "pocket worn"

I finally bought a little Case 6318 last week to start carrying. Love the propeller shield, and it's a tad longer knife (1/4"). The little 63090 has done everything I needed for 12 years, but the bone is cracked in several places, and it's time to let it rest a little. :D
