I am not familiar with the Constitution and was not aware of the 3rd Amendment.
I enjoyed the video.

I've got a nice small booklet form of the Constitution. I'll be doing more reading.

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
Time to update on the arsenal.
Here's my Benjamin Classic .22 (495fps) air rifle. Low fps, but powerful foot lbs of energy (fpe). She hits hard out to 50 yards easily, tack driver at 26 yards.
Big plus she's a s**y lookin chic
. Stock is hard Canadian maple, beautifully shaped and checkered, very comfortable to hold
.
Only issue is she's a heavy weight-to-performance ratio, around 9 1/2 lbs with included scope and 1 piece mount (which is the only thing I detest on the gun
). I have decided to change out scope to a nice red dot sight. Cut the weight, and within 50 yards scope is not needed (unless I have bad eyesight
).
Nice thing about heavy guns, as you guys already know, makes for a very stable bench gun. I'll probably bipod it later, right now i'm fine shooting from bags.
One thing all Crosman/Benjamin air guns need is a trigger job. They build incredible guns for the price, most Made in America, but can't design a trigger worth shirt
. Luckily it's only a $2 rc bearing/10mm screw to fix it up. And later a custom GRT-II trigger blade, around $50 total for a custom, Made in USA, trigger blade. Other then that she's a perfect tack driver/pest control rifle.
Did some general pellet testing @26 yards last time we were out. Around 15-20 km rear wind.
Crosman Premier 14.3gr Hollowpoints rose consistently 1ft @ 26 yards, scope at 0 on the 5 line.
Stoeger X-Hunt 15.74gr Pointed dead-on @ 26 yards, scope at 5 on the 5 line.
Stoeger X-Field 14.66gr Rounds dead-on @26 yards, scope at 5 on the 5 line.
From all the shooting I've done so far, I think this gun likes Stoegers the best, consistently over time. I've probably put over 30 rounds of each since buying gun/ammo. More shooting when it warms up will help me determine what works best.

I have often said the little known Third Amendment provides evidence regarding who and what the founding fathers had in mind when they wrote the Constitution, and particularly the Second Amendment.
If you have any doubts what the Second Amendment is about, read the Third Amendment. (The one statists don’t want anyone to know about).
Thanks for posting that video Jerry!

I picked up this little dandy at the show today. It is a P320 in 357Sig cal. It sorta called my name and I felt obligated to answer.
I need counseling, don't I?

Yes you do, Ray. Take it to the range and give it a workout. I predict you’ll feel better afterward!

I agree with Ken, the best therapy. Plus if you had already intended to pick one up, it was not an impulse buy.

Thanks for a comments guys. Maybe I'll put the counseling off for a spell. If you haven't fired the 357Sig, it is a hoot. I heard it described as being like a 9MM on steroids.

What's not to like? .357 Mag performance in an auto pistol. Are you a reloader? I bet it would be a fun cartridge to play with. Congrats on a new toy!

Mornin' Byrd. Keep in mind that the 357Sig is not the same cartridge as the 357Mag. This is a necked down 40 instead.

A few years back the .357 Sig was standard issue with the Air Marshalls.

Re: Guns & Gun Related Stuff
It was some years ago that I almost pulled the trigger, figuratively, to get a .357 Sig. I do not recall the ballistic figures now, but at the time it seemed to me that the sig came reasonably close to the .357 magnum in performance. From looking at many studies it was clear to me that the .357 magnum was the best "man-stopper" available. It could penetrate cars and windows much more successfully than a .45, yet without the serious over penetration risks of the .44 magnum.
In any event Ray, I think you picked up a superior firearm.
