Day 77

My posts are not as interesting as ~Q~'s but at least I'm keeping the ship of state afloat.
I love the lined bolsters on this one. IMO very classy.

He is. I don't think he ever actually identified the issue and I didn't pry. In the meantime, I'm trying to hold down the fort until he returns but I'm rapidly running out of ammunition.

Here's my shot for today.

It is very nice and of course reasonable because it's a Rough Rider.

Day 82

My final day. I'm completely out. Kaput. No more. Maybe fresh stock next year.

Thanks. With that white plastic insert, I knew it had to have come in a tin. I would call that poison green. That's green lovers green. Wow!

Day 100

Day 100 and we've managed to slip a few Mini-Trappers in here and there thanks to our friends on the Forum. I received this one today and in spite of the small tight crack on the mark side handle, it's a beautiful knife. I like it a lot and even more for the price I paid. Very appropriate for Day 100.

Wow, has it really been thirty days since my last post? My goodness, the OCD Mini Trapper Monkey on my back would never forgive me if I failed to post something on day 100. For such a momentus occasion I think this 1993 Winchester Cartridge Series .22 Hornet Mini Trapper fills the bill quite nicely.

I appreciate jerryd, et al for keeping this thread going during my absence. Some very nice Mini Trappers being shown here...does my heart good to see them. I can't promise I'll be able to maintain the Per Diem aspect going forward, but I will try to slip in a Mini T or two every now and then as conditions allow.

It's good to be back.

Since you didn't respond to my email, I was surprised to see your post. It's good to have you back and what a grand re-entrance it is. That Winchester is a real beauty. I hope you are well enough to stay with us for a good while longer.

BTW, I think the day 100 knife may be a duplicate of one I already had. I don't know that for sure but I do know the price was really right.
