Thanks everyone for the kind comments!
I've always found the Sharpfinger to be a very useful little knife. I'd like to see more cutlers pick up on this pattern. The pic above includes 5 different makers, Schrade USA, Camillus USA, Bear & Son/Bear MGC, Bark River, & United Boker. I'm still on the look out for an Uncle Henry version from Schrade USA and, of course, any other non-Chinese Sharpfingers I can find.

The Bill Bagwell/Ontario Bowie set. Although not originally intended as such, these very well made Bowies are a fitting tribute to the late Mr. Bagwell, acknowledged as the Master of the Battle Bowie. Been a couple of years since I showed these.

Thank you John and Charlie.`Wish I could place one of these in your hands. Even tho these are a production the knives have superb balance and can be handled with remarkable speed and agility.

Exceptional Garry!

What a stunning group of beautiful bowies! They all appear very BIG, and you know what that does to get my juices flowing! This is my first time viewing them and you can color me impressed!

doglegg, I forgot to thank you for your comment. I am always glad when can make a Texan happy. I remember the first time I entered your great state. At the state line was a sign. Instead of reading Fine for Littering, it read Don't Mess With Texas. I knew right then I had entered a special place.

Actually, it came out in 2005, there was only a single run made and then Camillus filed for bankruptcy in February 2007. They made nothing in 2007 and very little from October 2006 to the end, mainly cobbling stuff together from spare parts is what I heard.
60 euros is a really good deal.
I'd love to hear some numbers how much was made and obviously most of them might be long time gone. Everytime I mention the knife most people tell mne that there isn't such a Camillus and dont believe before I show it.
Can't help on numbers. No clue as to how many, but only a single run was made to my knowledge.
Unfortunately, Camco, aka Tom Williams, Camillus historian was the only man who probably did know all the answers to these types of questions, or at least knew where in the mass of documentation he had the answer was to be found, passed away several years ago.
Mr. Williams was extremely helpful to everyone who needed his assistance and was a wealth of knowledge about all things Camillus. He is truly missed every day by those who knew him.
Damn, any idea what these sell these days unused? I wont be selling mine but I am interested, And I miss Mr Williams now too since you told me, lot of knife history gone with him.

Not a clue. They come up so seldom, it's difficult to get an idea based on looking at past sales on fleabay, since old sales roll off the radar after a couple of months.
