::hmm:: Good question! ::nod:: Truth is, ::shrug::
Been meaning to print out a list to check em off but just haven't done it yet. ::doh:: I still have at least 10 in my mind that I don't have yet. Don't have many of the New Hampshire states. NY, NJ, ND, SD, SC, VA, Oregon, NM, Arizona, Kansas, Arkansas Colorado ect. ect. Probably be another year or so till I have em all. ::hmm:: But it's fun looking for them. ::nod:: ::tu:: ::super_happy::

My newest Zippo addition. ::tu:: Thanks for looking! ::handshake:: :D

By modern Zippo's the letters A -- L stand for the month it was manufactured in.
A = January / L = December
The # is the year it was manufactured in.
So this Zippo was made in Jan. 2018
::tu::

::hmm:: While trying to figure out where the Planeta Swap Meet was held at, (never did figure that out) I found out that Zippo holds the Brand Names for Ronson & Ronsonol. While Ronson International Limited, located in Northampton, England, owns the Ronson brand in most other territories throughout the world. I didn't know that. ::hmm::

Cool Zippo, Tom! While I wouldn't say I collect them, here are mine: a K 18 black crackle user and a C 03 "midnight ice" (I think that's what they call it) purchased from the USS Peleliu ship store during WESPTAC 2006.

So, I got my son Shane his first Zippo for his Birthday this month. Had his name engraved on the back of it. Notice the "S" at the start & the "E" at the end. The $ sign should have two lines through it but oh well. I think he'll like it. ::tu:: And I like to think that supporting Zippo means indirectly or secondarily supporting W.R. CASE & SONS CUTLERY CO. ::hmm::

Opps, gotta take some pictures of it first. :oops: :lol:

Ok here they are. ::tu:: :mrgreen: (Design = Wooden Flag)

Thanks Chris. That's a Stanley No. 45 combination plane. It comes with a bunch of different cutters, and is used to make beading, tongue and groove, rabbeting, plowing, etc. They made these 1884 to 1962. This particular one was my great-grandfather's, and dates to around 1890.

Roger, those are some awesome pieces. I have walked the Roebling from Ky to Cincinnati & back a few times, it is a very photogenic, engineering marvel. I doubt if many of those rulers survive, a great piece to have in your collection. ::tu:: ::tu::
