Nice looking duo geocash! ::tu:: It's nice to see you around this neck of the woods again. ::nod:: ::super_happy::
I appreciate your words, Tom. I slowed down when I had radiation treatments then quit posting at all while I was taking chemo for a second type of cancer. I just got home from a doctor visit & it looks like the chemo did its job so I'm about as happy as I can be. Thanks again.

Mine ain’t pretty and it ain’t a highly collectible knife to most. But its the only one I’ve ever found that I like better then my beloved CASE 6375s.

Used, stained, some pits, SHARP, lots of snap, and easy to touch up. 4 1/4” perfection.

I have tried basically all the Buck 110's competition that came out in the 1970s and 1980s, and I've come to the conclusion the Gerber Folding Sportsman is the best. Three! sizes, much slimmer, and more elegant, but still perfectly usable (the weird handle and blade shapes of the early Browning models set them up to be great skinners, but not for general use). And, I think their fit and finish was better than a Buck. I have the FS-II, but have been meaning on finding an FS-I for EDC. The FS-III is supposedly even bigger than a 110.

I also have a Gerber Sportsman III, I have not checked it yet but yes, I believe it is even bigger than a 110. These Gerbers are very well made, with very tight lock-up. Great EDCs ::nod::

Like your knives & your pictures really caught my eyes. ::nod:: Reminded me that the 4th is almost here & I still don't have any patriotic colored knives for such a special occasion. ::doh:: Every year I say I need to fix that but I still haven't been able to make it happen. ::facepalm::

Anyways, great looking knives & pictures! ::nod:: ::super_happy::
