I got a few modern 99 1/2 (Railsplitter/Torpedo Jacks) out for a group shot after a new addition arrived in the mail last week. I like the big stuff, so this is one of my favorite Case patterns.

Nice!
I had a 1975 in pretty well-worn shape, but traded it for an unused Queen Hawkbill. I sort of regret it as the Case was bought (in a lot of four or five locally--all with pretty considerable wear) specifically for an EDC, and it was far nicer than the others at the time I had (almost all Imperial--with one from Queen and one from Utica). But, doing the math--I came out well ahead as the lot of five Cases cost me $40; and I still use the ones I kept (mainly, Loomfixer).

I've had an itch for a good Coke bottle, and while I recently decided to buy scales for an old Colonial I had (elk antler dog chews); I forgot where I put the knife. Thus, looks like Rosecraft it is.dlr110 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 20, 2025 10:39 pm Got this new one in the mail today!
