Today, these three pocket knives became the latest residents of the zoo. First up is a "ROSTFREI", single blade, 4 tool, "Deer Head" pocket knife. It needed no cleaning. Next is a "MADE IN GERMANY", single blade, 4 tool, "Moose Head" pocket knife. It needed no cleaning. Last is a "MADE IN GERMANY", single blade, 4 tool, "Deer Head" pocket knife. It needed a cleaning and it got one. I took pictures of them and here they are.

***** A VERY VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU goes out to Steve B., aka bladebuddy, for his thoughtfulness and generosity in giving me the knife that's in the first 3 pictures. THANK YOU Steve. :D ::tu:: ::handshake:: *****

After adding the three most recent residents to the zoo, I figured it was time for a group portrait. This is just a portrait of the zoo residents with the faux stag handles.

Skip, we need to thank Scott[Reverand] for including the knife in his POS package to me so I could pass it on to you. It really looks good among the others in your group photo. Steve B.

Keep your edge sharp, otherwise you just can't cut it.

You are absolutely correct. A BIG THANK YOU also goes out to Scott, aka Reverand for including this particular knife in the P.O.S. package that was sent to Steve B., aka bladebuddy. So, THANK YOU BOTH!!! ::handshake::

What I found so funny about this, is that I had thought several times of sending that same knife to you, Skip! I just didn't get around to it. Then when this new POS exchange came up I was struggling to find some whole knives (I have lots more 'parts' knives than I have whole knives), and threw this one into the pile.
I recognized the knife from the picture before I read that Steve (BladeBuddy) had sent it to you! It makes me glad that his generosity got the knife where it belonged!
Jesus is life.
Everything else is just a hobby.

Today I added these three pocket knives to the zoo. Up first, an Imperial, 2 blade, "Longhorn Steer Head" pocket knife. Next, an Imperial, 2 blade, "Longhorn Steer Head" pocket knife. Last is an Imperial, single blade, 3 tool, "Deer Head" pocket knife. All three pocket knives needed a very small amount of cleaning. I cleaned them, took some pictures and here they are.

This is a Maserin made in Italy lockback, with Olive Wood scales. Has a Deer on the bolster, bit hard to see in photo. Good hunting knife.
