Beautiful red stag Q, that stuff is strikingly eye catching. Think that's some dye job or the way it comes off the deer? Very cool either way, but I always wondered.

Re: Matchng Pairs
I'm really liking this rattle snake bone. The pattern is jigged into the bone and feels smooth but rough kinda like an old rattle snake might!

Love those Russells. Are they US or China made. I have a few of his China made knives and I'm very happy with them. They must be discontinued, I done see them on his website.

Re: Matchng Pairs
Yup, both made in China. I have always been very impressed with the craftsmanship and high quality of AG Russell knives, and the knives he has made in China are no exception. AG Russell's are the only Chinese made knives I currently own...although I am aware of other brands that are turning out some really good quality cutlery from Chinese manufacturers as well.PCwizard wrote:QTCut5 wrote:AG Russell Wharncliffe Curved Regular Jacks

Re: Matchng Pairs
It's actually very good. I can see no issues with these "late model" Case knives whatsoever; although, I'm probably not as discriminating or demanding (i.e., nit-picky) about minor details as I know some collectors are. But, both of these have great walk & talk, crisp (but not nailbreaking) opening/closing snap & solid half-stops. Everything is tight, flush and put together just as a quality pocketknife should be. No complaints here.garddogg56 wrote:Now thats a pair of Warnies![]()
