Well Santa (Cuz, AKA Colonel26) blew my socks off today. I knew something was coming but not exactly what. This Buck 726 Mini Spitfire showed up and I'm just tickled pink. Thanks Cuz. She's a fine piece of cutlery and I'm glad to welcome her to my pile.

Hello Folks,

I'm back to report on the Bomb I recieved from 1967redrider (John) back in November. If you can remember from my previous post back in November, I had let my daughter take out one knife from the package and wrap it up for me for my Birthday in November. It turned out to be a sweet little yellow Case Peanut. So you can imagine my surprise when I opened the box with the rest of the knives yesterday evening and found but yet another yellow Case Peanut. ::shrug::

As it turns out, one is with SS & one is with CV. ::super_happy:: John wanted me to be able to compair the two steels with each other. What a great guy! ::tu:: A pair of Peanuts in different steels! Wahnsinn! ::woot::

There are a whole number of great knives. Theres a Camillus with fancy bolster, cool blade & a bail, a Victorinox "Dessert Warrior", my first ever U.S. made Winchester knife (Awesome), my first ever knife with Scrimshaw on it (Schrade), an Imperial "Trick knife" (that I already got my son with last evening), a couple of cool knife stickers and..., a little knife with a neat story behind it. (Thank you very much for the "Save" Herb! ::handshake:: ) ::super_happy::

Anyways, it was one heck of a Bomb!!! ::nod:: ::super_happy:: More than I can even fit into one post alone. I will take pictures of all the knives & post them in the appropriate threads as I have time over the next week or so. (Probably within a few days.)

Thanks for everything! Your generosity blows me away John! ::nod:: Your too kind buddy! ::not_worthy::
And thanks for the Save Herb! Very cool of you! 8) ::handshake:: ::super_happy::

Have a wonderful Christmas everyone & thanks for looking friends! ::handshake::

Glad you enjoyed my little Knifer's Care Package, Tom. And the International Shipping was a learning adventure for me. Pleasantly surprised how easy everything went. ::tu:: ::tu::

Dear Mr. Anonymous,

I am truely humbled by your most gracious act of giving! ::nod:: I'm lost for words! ::facepalm::

Such Special gifts tend to get me all choked up! Whoever sent this was paying attention to the posts here on the AAPK & knew that this knife would complete a set of three matching Trappers in different sizes for me. ::nod:: ::tu:: Awesome! Thank you Sir! ::handshake:: ::super_happy::

My new set of three matching Trappers will always be a very Special set in my collection! ::nod:: The tiny Trapper in the set was my first ever Case knife & a gift from my wife. This Trapper was a gift from an anonymous giver. And the small Trapper that I bought off the Bay is the missing link between two Awesome gifts! ::tu:: ::super_happy::

Thank you very much Mr. Anonymous! ::handshake:: I truely appreciate it! ::nod:: I really do! ::nod:: ::handshake:: ::super_happy::

Thanks for looking friends! ::handshake:: I will post more pictures in different threads later on today. ::tu::

Great one to get TPK, congrats and consider yourself blessed and lucky. Think I might recognize the hand writing on that box addressed to Germany, but you won't get a peep out of me who it might be. Rock on bomber and the bombed. Great stuff here. ::super_happy:: ::groove:: 8) ::tu::

I knew something was coming my way, but I had no idea what. Well, it hit me about 15 minutes ago with a much bigger explosion than I could have imagined!

The book, a '67 GTO, a Master Mechanic, and an absolutely amazing Case 6235 1/2! I'll be getting a few more pics of the Case posted up.
Funny the GTO has Petty's number 43; that was my jersey number back when I played high school football. I still use the 43 as a tag on some of my other user names. Some here may know Swarden43!

The book is no kiddie coloring book, but a real guy's encyclopedia of the history of the GTO. Love it!!

Thanks, John!!! ::ds::
