Don't think I've ever heard of that knife company--I'll be waiting to see some more pic's of it & a little history on manufacturer

It's 3 1/2" closed and the seller's description suggested it may have been made by New York Knife Co.

Had a similar pattern Cattaraugus with this shield a long time ago.
Have seen two others with this stamp.
E C Atkins were big in saw manufacturing
