Steve, a wonderful knife on several levels. A treasure for sure. A knife that says 'what you want to do'? And can do it.

Back at work on a Saturday to board up yet another window some worthless tub of s%¥+ kicked out. 301 will handle all the knife work for this project.

Thanks guys!
Ya know, the more I see of those 301s, the more I'm wanting one. Not just because it's a stockman, but to me there's just somethin' about a long pull, kinda like long legs!
Nice pic, too!
Take care and God bless,

A Fight'n Rooster Congress with carbon & stag & a Case #510096SS Small Texas Toothpick With SS & stag. Now, if I cut a nail nick in the pile side of the toothpick blade, wouldn't I be carrying two left-handed knives?

Great looking knives being shown here!
I'm packing these 3 today. Unstamped Stockman, Camillus 72 from Jeffinn, & a little Mikov.
I wasn't gonna EDC this 72 because it's so nice but today I asked myself "Why Not?".
Ya only live once & I only have one 72. Might as Well enjoy it while I'm here right.
Anyways, thanks for looking!

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Thanks Jim, I really appreciate your comment my friend! I'm still learning to use and enjoy the nice possessions that I have been blessed with instead of putting them away to protect them. I can't take them with me so I guess I should just stick em in my pocket & smile from ear to ear. Most of them anyways.Doc B wrote: ↑Sat Jun 20, 2020 8:22 pmI salute that decision!!!TPK wrote: ↑Sat Jun 20, 2020 7:04 pm Great looking knives being shown here!![]()

Tom, I lucked up & snagged a particularly nice 72 & asked myself the same question. Answer: I really enjoy carrying it.TPK wrote: ↑Sat Jun 20, 2020 7:04 pm Great looking knives being shown here!![]()

I have the 1047, which is the BSA variant. One of my favorite carries as well. I can see why this is, pretty much the most popular knife, or at least talked about in this forum.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
This Buck is very lightweight and slim. So much, to the point that I left it in my shorts pocket last night when I went to bed, and didn't notice it was still there until I got up this morning. The small size and handle texture seem to help keep it there. It is only three inches closed, but I can hold it with my medium-size hands just fine; unlike most its size. While Buck has some nice camo (and American flag) patterns, the hydro-dip wears easily and results in a weird handle texture. Like the Model T, if you want a solid color, you're stuck with black. I do wish Buck would sell the Bantam line in some of the same solid colors as the Web Exclusive 110LT and 112LT Slim Selects.

Old Timer blades, short timer bones.
Hope everyone has a great Fathers day and nobody's windows get broke or vandalized.
