Well, I made supper.

Onions, Sausage and celery for the main blade and a good does of garlic for the spear blade. Thats why the tip is blue, I almost always get a blue patina from garlic. I know there is science behind it all, but I'm not a scientist.

Had the Northfield in the pocket of my sport coat today, and the Case Kinfolks in my pants pocket. Couldn't believe there was stuff blooming in the yard when I came home, so took a shot by the flowers.

I don't understand why GEC doesn't make them with a cap lifter for the rest of the world.. .....I got one with a punch blade...but I sure would like to have a cap lifter also.

Don't fret too much, Johnnie. The cap lifter doesn't actually work very well.
