A few more. A Robeson, Catt, Armstrong, Brown shoe and an Ulster
I guess they are all considered jacks. The Armstrong is probably considered a boys knife.

Ike, that HSB is covered in old smooth white bone, turned yellow.

Can't believe I started it 12 years ago!

Here is a nice IXL jack that I just picked up. A lot of original finish on the blades.

Jerry, when I started the thread way back when I had also started one for English Jacks, not knives from England but large 4-4/12" closed English Jacks and so I wanted to start one that showed smaller jacks not "English" it did not refer to knives made in England. Below is the thread.

I knew what you meant (or at least I thought I did). I never connected English Jacks with the country. When someone said English Jack, in my head I pictured the 4½" Jack knives.
