Sweet quartet of Stag 117s, Kevin ::tu::

I’m still rediscovering the China made Wharnies in my collection which for some reason don’t get the same amount of love as my Wharnies that were made in other countries. Can’t really explain why that is because whenever I do take them out I am impressed anew with how nice they are. Every one of the China made Wharnies in my collection is very well made and pretty darn good looking. These two Rosecraft Wharnies are no exception: French Broad in rosewood and Mud Creek Congress in burl wood.

Nice bevy of BBWs, Kevin (Big Beautiful Wharnies) ::woot::

Fabulous pair of MOP Bulldogs, Mel ::tu:: ::tu::

Wrapping up the last of my China made Wharnies today with a Queen and a Rough Ryder. Ironically, the China Queen is the only "true" Wharncliffe I own in both the frame and blade. With an amber sawcut bone handle it’s a great little knife. The Swayback VG-10 is pretty nice, too---I like the unique modern design. Both of these knives are unbelievable quality for the (pre-tariff MSRP) price of around $20 each!!

Thanks, Q and Doglegg!

Nice pair of knives, Q. I really like that Queen: I keep thinking I will get one of those, but some other knife always gets my order first.

After the big beefy Wharncliffe blade, my favorite feature of that SOG Fusion "Fish On" is something that can only be experienced IRL: the sound it makes when opening. You literally have to be there to know what I mean ::nod:: :D

100% agree ::tu:: But, I cannot let the sun go down on WW W17 without coming clean and confessing that I lied about having shown all my China made Wharnies ::mdm:: ::uc:: I forgot about this one, which, to be fair, may have been made in China but was "naturalized" in USA by BIGHEAD

That looks like a tough Fusion, Lansky; and a beautiful Northwoods, Kevin.

Q - that last knife does look nicer than the average Rough Ryder!

Another very successful Wednesday, fellows.
