i made my one , from a case 6232, that had a broken clip point blade.
it is quite easy. just grind , from the top.away from the nail knick.when you have the basic shape.bevel the rough edges. and sharpen it.
makes a fine knife to use every day.
i dont think case ever made them, they are one off customs.
i stand corrected f i am wrong.
