Nice looking wood. The cocobolo seems to come in many shades. For those wanting an ebony Northfield lockback, I notice some of the cocobolo would probably do the trick. I'm trying one on for size.

Yet another pickup from a trade... ::shrug:: I know I know... A lot of bocote lately... ::facepalm:: that's ok though! ::tu:: I remember the first time i saw one of this pattern with the blades all fanned out in the display case of the factory at great eastern, awesome!!! (Yep, it was bocote too! :mrgreen: )

I finally was able to track one of these down, a 2008 #53 stockman in stainless... ::dang:: hard little bugger to find, I think this is the first one I've seen out there. ::shrug:: here it is, great looking knife! ::tu::
