Son of a gun! Kilgar, thanks, that's it exactly. I've been waiting almost five years for the answer. It indeed has the open pin and even the nail nick up close to the stubby spear point like your pic. The down side is I'll never find the rest of the kit. Thanks again, always fun to solve a mystery.

As for the rest of the kit, there are two full Supreme kits on Ebay right now. One is at $10 (auction), the other is $100 (Buy It Now price). You can find them by searching ebay for "supreme usa knife tool kit leather case".
