All About Pocket Knives

I am partial to the German bulldog brand knives and have collected them from the mid 90s to 2007. After that until about 2010 or so, they were made in the USA.The quality is exceptional and the diversity of handle materials makes for great collecting. It makes me sick to see this brand now made in China and I refuse to have any part of them. I might as well have a $8 Rough rider as one of them!
I also collect German Eye Brand. The quality is over the top and the natural handled ones are just top notch eye candy.

Targetman, Please consider posting some photos of your Bulldog collections in the Bulldog forum or here if you prefer. Would greatly enjoy seeing your acquisitions of this great brand.

Thanks, I have accumulated quite a few of the German bulldogs over the years. I avoided the celluloid handled ones and am now glad I did as most of the early ones are now outgassing and causing rust. If I can figure out how to post some decent cell phone pictures I will try to post some soon.

Posting pictures from a cell phone is easy. Here’s a link to the instructions.viewforum.php?f=98 Just scroll down until you find the thread with instructions for your phone - iPhone, Android, etc.

Glad you figured it out. If you go back to that “how to” link and scroll down further you’ll find a post about how to get your pictures to post in the correct orientation. Basically the trick seems to be to edit your picture before posting it. You don’t really have to edit it, just select the picture you want to post, click the edit function in your phone to open it in edit mode, then click save. Even if you don’t actually edit it, just clicking edit and save somehow locks-in the orientation. That works for me anyway.
