I think I figured this one is about a 2003 vintage.

Yep, me and my buds used to walk the tracks and pull date nails. We would ride our bikes up to the crossing and then push our bikes on the tracks to the next crossing with a pocket full of nails. We found some that went back to the 1920's. Now we were doing this in the late 1960's. Recon they make ties that will last 50 years now days?..... LOL
