Just to muddy the waters a little bit more, how about a third name possibility?
Case had a 70 pattern knife that was like an uneven end Elephant Toe. They called it a Snowshoe. And it does kind of look like a Snowshoe. Here are some pictures.
For what its worth, I use the names Elephant Toe and Sunfish to describe the same knife, the big equal end pattern like the Case 50 pattern.

Colagirl dug up a coffin buried nine years ago, opened it and let out a zombie thread! Since I don't like the look of toe/sunfish knives enough to have ever bought one I'm not sure the original question is critical to my life but I enjoyed reading the thread.
Toe/sunfish knives make better canvases for art than other similar length folders. There used to be an ebay seller who sold Rough Ryder toes or sunfish scrimshawed with completly immodest naughty ladies for about ten times what the knives cost new. I've seen many others with various art work on ebay. For that reason I suspect Cocacola was added to Colagirl's knife after it left China.
Combining Rough Ryder and the original question, in their Reserve line Rough Ryder has sold Rino and Hippo Toes and just introduced a new version named Ghost Fish.
