Very nice, thanks. I'll let someone else drop in on the current vs. vintage. I do know some of the older stuff is real nice.

I consider Hen and Rooster really fine knives. History is quite simple. Bertram including C Bertram and a host of other companies like Voss, Gutmann etc. and then AG Russell in 1975 to 1980 and then Frost. Frost uses "Bertram Cutlery" which is not on any original knives. My advice is to avoid the word "Cutlery" on the knife.
