The Western caught my eye!
Hey, just an aside, I was looking in a case at the swap today and the guy beside me was looking over a Western fixed. Neither he nor the seller had ever heard of the company. I piped up sand said that it was indeed a proper maker. He didn’t take it, though.

Nothing fancy. Spyderco Military, Schlieper copperhead, and a SAK Climber.

Along with all the big cutters for a day in the back 40.

Nice 62055 (unless my eyes are decieving me). Heck of a patina. That bone color reminds of the USA swing guard I posted to this thread early today. I call it cranberry bone although not an official CASE term of course. Like a purplish red. Very handsome.

Nailed it zp4ja. Cranberry is a good way to put it. I've called it plumb red bone myself since there's so much variety in red bone colors. This one seems more purple than red to me. I used to keep the blades polished, but I'm trying a different shade lately. And I must say those two you posted have great bones. I love seeing older Case's. Forget how much I like them until I carry them again periodically. Wish Case would bring back the pattern and the old style red bone. Thanks for the compliment.
