I just obtained this Camillus anniversary key ring for best offer. I already have one, but I keep it with the anniversary knife (#100) that it came with. This one I'll carry with me.

Those are very nice quality keyrings. I have one my great-Granddad had for many years that is golf-related and advertises whiskey.

Went overboard again... ::facepalm::

Camllus Dura-Tool Electrician. It's a hybrid between the MIL-K and the TL-29; that's what I like about it. Now to find the version dressed up in the colors of the American flag. Seller claims unused. I am putting this one away; as I already have several Camillus electrician's knives (among several others from different makers)--they're so cheap, it's impossible to resist them!
s-l1600.jpgCTL29DTA.jpg

Schrade USA 55OTG Bruin EXT. Not really popular, and was made only in 2002-3. I first learned of it on the Old Timer page of the Schrade section of our Encyclopedia; but never saw them sold much. It is a version of the 5OTG that has been upgraded to offer one-hand opening, and instead of being a lockback, it is a linerlock slipjoint. I bought this as a user ,seeing as it was in a bit rough shape (not really bad), but I don't know yet given they are rare. The pile side looks rough. My 5OTG is a collection knife, and my SP-3 is not one-hand opening. But, if I lose this one, it is not "cheap and easy to replace". I only paid $25, but remember, made only one year.

And the Work Sharp Guided Field Sharpener. I chose this over the bigger one due to its angles being what I like; and the fact it included the strop without having to spend $20 on top of $50. $30 for this version.

This afternoon, I purchased this knife for best offer. It is a PASTOR ALEMAN (German Shepherd), 2 blade with bottle opener/cap lifter, pocket knife. This knife "brand" is part of the Imperial and Colonial, Mexico story/connection. It looks like it could use a minor cleaning. I'll check it out when I receive it. Pictures will be taken and posted in the appropriate location(s).

I just bought this catalog for less than $12 total. It is from the 1955-1956 time span. It has 15 pages of cutlery. It started it's trek to me from Abilene, Texas, around 64-65 years ago.

I just picked up this knife for best offer. It is a CAMILLUS 1047, federal style shield, 3 blade, scouting "whittler" pocket knife. Physically, it looks good. Cosmetically, it looks like it could use a light cleaning. When I get it, I'll check it out.
Pictures will be taken and posted in the appropriate location(s).

I also just obtained this scout style, utensil kit for best offer. I normally don't bid on or buy these kits, unless there's a knife I need. I'm not sure about the date(s) on the knife and fork. This is NOT meant in a nasty way, here is the seller's description.

"Here We Have A Vintage Pouch Made from Pigskin Chow Kit With Wire Frame Folding Fork, Knife And Simpson Nickel Silver Spoon. Have Seen Several of These Wire Frame Knives Most Are Marked Geo. Schrade These Are Only Marked With A Patent Date Of (Very Hard To Read So Guessing A Little Bit) 3-31-35 .Utensils Are All In Good Condition Could Use A Good Cleaning And Polish If So Desired And Pouch Is Dry Needs Oil. Please Let Our Pictures Be The Best Description Of This Item. Please Continue To Visit Our Listings And Please Remember We Always Combine Shipping. If You Have Questions On This Or Any Of Our Items Please Ask."

I don't think I've ever seen ANY of these types of knives, I don't know about the forks, stamped with a 1935 patent date. The tang stamp on the knife looks like one that I don't have. I can't wait to get this utensil kit!

I just obtained this knife for best offer. It's a CAMILLUS, 3 blade, scout pocket knife with bail. It is the "75th ANNIVERSARY - BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA - 1910-1985 pocket knife. It looks like it's in EXCELLENT condition and won't need any cleaning. I'll look it over when I receive it, take some pictures and post them in the appropriate location(s).

Today I acquired this knife for best offer. It's a CAMILLUS 72, 3 blade, ducks etched on blade, "whittler" pocket knife. This is my second one of this particular "72" variation, my first with the packaging and paperwork. I believe it to be in better condition than it looks in the pictures. When I receive it, I'll check it over. Pictures will be taken and posted in the appropriate location(s).

Well, I have another B&T coming in. Like I really needed another one. :mrgreen:

This one MAY be a rare WW2-era CIVILIAN market production, as B&Ts were not really GI knives. In addition to appearing having a steel guard, it MAY have steel spacers as well. The spacers seem to have rust on them. The seller did not get back to me before the auction ended so I took a chance and got it. Not expensive, less than $30 with shipping and tax.

More later when I get it in hand and find out what the spacers are made of.
