The newest addition to the herd ... Buck 055.
A tad smaller than I expected but that's ok. Got scary sharp quick.
Backed it up with a peanut for the night .....

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Thanks, man. It is in pretty good shape. I have fooled with it, cosmetically, just a little but the Case was so corroded when I got it that I had to actually push the master blade shut & now it snaps. That's pretty satisfying; more than getting a new knife.Edgewise wrote:Barlow, Camillus, ebony and minty, four criteria for awesomegeocash wrote:Another favorite Barlow, made by Camillus, but I have no idea when, with wood handles which I think are ebony

My pocket carries last several days - Buck Knives. OH

You know, women are funny. We’re at the old house packing up some residual stuff so we spent the night. My wife brought us some bagels for breakfast; of course they needed slicing and she asked if I had a fixed blade with me. Of course I did, my Buck 121 bait knife was in the car - but I should have never said the word “bait”! She wouldn’t touch it, even after I cleaned it with hot soap and water and a scouring pad - she used a plastic knife but I used the Buck - heck, I’d cleaned it good enough! OH
