Whats your newest addition to your Buck family and why?

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Well John, you can always take the much shorter trip to Amazon and save your $2000.00 road trip to Wyoming. ::nod:: ::paranoid::
Not as much fun, but cheaper. Decisions, decisions...

Thanks, CCC. Glad you like them. Hoover does a great job working with agate / stone scales. He's the only one I'm aware of that does this with exotics.

John,

Not sure how soon GPO will see your question, so I copied this from the BCCI site. Mr. Hoover has this statement identifying the stone.

Thanks for explaining what turitella agate is!

You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.

Wish I had known about this knife Awhile back I was looking for a USA made economical knife and the Gerber strongarm was suggested which I ended up with to me this knife is just as good and quite a bit cheaper only thing I can say is I like the Gerbers sheath better but I've been told the 104's sheath fits perfectly
