Rome, you got a heck of a lot better deal than I did.

Bought a Schrade 33OT off the bay. Fast ship yay. No snap on either blade, Boo. Tried Quick Release & the pen blade recovered a tiny bit, main nothing. Nothing mentioned about snap in the auction. Sigh.

Holy Guacamole David!! You went above and beyond. That will keep you "coon fingering" and "chicken eyeing" for the next month at least.

My mailbox yesterday was not nearly as spectacular. In fact this Schrade 33OT that showed up in my mailbox has to go back. Nothing was said in the listing but it has NO snap. Even after treatment with Quick Release and working it in, the main blade has to be pushed closed and the pen closes on it's own only during the last quarter inch of travel. I just sent the seller a message since I couldn't get the eBay return feature to work. ::shrug:: Very annoying when a seller neglects to mention important information such as NO SNAP.

Thank you Jerry, at least all I will have to do is a little polish and some Murphy Oil Soap and they will be ready to display.
That is aggravating when someone doesn't make full disclosure on an item. Sorry about the disappointment of it.

Some awesome knives, LA & David. That Case series is sweeeeet!

Sorry about the bad experience Jerry with the 33OT. But the seller turned out to be honest and honorable. What he did for you says a lot about him. ::tu::

And screw construction! For those that want to rehandle their knives, that's making it a lot easier. One of the biggest hurdles with me getting into fixing old knives is carefully removing and replacing pins.

Got these two new ones in today. A Robeson made by Queen, a sawcut bone 2 blade barlow. Only 200 made, I believe ordered for SMKW.
The Marbles Stockman is from 2001 and was designed by Dave Shirley at Northwoods. Very well built knives and both are highly collectible knives.
