I was pretty stoked to see the mail lady rolling up the drive to hand me this beauty today. Eric’s workmanship is outstanding. The knife is hefty, but compact and has great action. The old Rosewood covers are warm and rich with deep color. Happy to have this one, thanks to Mike!

Wow, what a fantastic knife, really beautiful. The handles almost glow, and that shield is great, the inlay work on it looks perfectly smooth. And the story behind it makes it that much more special.

Thanks, Mike…I feel really fortunate to have added this one to my collection. The JBF Champlain’s that Mike and Derek have had commissioned are some very special knives. I still need to find at least one of the Eureka Jacks, hopefully in stag.

I’m really impressed with Eric’s work and I love his “small batch” approach to knife making!
