I sure hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes here by using the photograph of the Lightning and easy open at the top of this picture. I just thought it was a great imag and I wanted to try to copy it in my own way with my knife and Colt.
I don't recall where I snaged the photo. Who's photo is it?
Anyway, just having a little fun with the printer and scanner.

My (then) 15 year old grand-daughter asked for shoes for Christmas last year. I offered to buy these for her. She turned me down. I just don't know what's wrong with kids today. ::shrug::

Thanks johnnie,
that is a 1903 Colt pocket pistol, in 32 auto.
It's suprisingly accurate out to 25 feet or so.
It has an 8 round magazine, + 1 in tube.

????????????????? I don't get what you're apologizing for. ::shrug:: Besides thinking they would be a funny gift for a 15 year old girl who was asking for 'shoes' but meant something a little more stylish, I too think they're kinda cool and was tempted to buy a pair for myself.

People here in England don't have much space to store things so they throw it away. Somebody croaks they just clear the place out a trash it all. it is also a highly urbanized population that by and large do nothing for themselves. It's sad really. They just call someone. I'm gathering loads of tools for a pittance. I figure I'll get enough to fill a container eventually and ship them back over there and sell them.

I was brushing my teeth last night, getting ready for bed when my doorbell rang. I opened the door and there stood a friend of mine with a paper sack in his hand. He says, "I just pulled in from Pennsylvania and I brought a gift to you." (I didn't even know he was in Penciltucky.) What a good friend.

The gift.

It's tough to beat Yuengling Lager. The brewery is 50 miles from my house, I was weaned on Yuengling. have you tried their other beers? Lord Chesterfield Ale, Black & Tan, Porter and Premium.

No. I was in Philadelphia for work for about a month total in 1997 and got hooked on Yuengling then. I don't remember drinking anything but the Lager. Used to bring home a case every time I was out there. That was back when you could carry it on the plane with you.

I don't drink much beer these days. When I do, these are my five favorites.

Never tried Yuengling. Hard to find here.

The other two?

Drank a lot of PBR in days gone by. Michelob stuff gives me headaches..

Guinness Extra Stout is my poison of choice. ::nod::

Yuengling! One of my guilty pleasures. Of course, can't get it up in NH. I am fortunate to have a few friends that make trips to NY or PA every few months, and they are nice enough to bring me back some.

Years ago, I did some training down near Harrisburg, and decided to make a side trip to Pottsville. We didn't have time to take the tour, but I was able to hit the gift shop and bought a bunch of Yuengling bling. It's nice to actually drink their beer from their glasses. ::drool::

I tried those Yuenglings during the 4th, and the Lights also. They ain't bad beers. They carry them at the little market up the road, which I was surprised at. I like the Lager best. I usually drink Rolling Rock in the bottle "Ice Cold" for a special week.
Due to health concerns, I usually stay with the Silver Bullet though.......less carbs and corn.
Although, I do get my corn in a jar sometimes.
