Here's one I got awhile back that I cleaned up a bit and then put away.Came across it while re-photographing some knives and decided to make it an EDC for awhile.No model # on it but it has jigged black comp scales and nickel silver liners.

Correct me if I am wrong (hard to tell from the angle of the pic) but it looks like you have a couple of CASE 06267 patterens there. They appear to XX era, is that correct?

Here is the only one I have in Long Pull XX. Definetely a pattern you don't see often.

If it is 3-1/4", which I suspect it is, you have a CASE XX 62087 in Rough Black. I believe the handle was molded, not jigged. They did both but pretty hard to tell from your pic.

Here are a couple better pics. I was under the impression that these were pattern 6208, I could be incorrect though. They are both tested era.

Here's one I got awhile ago.Would like to use it as an EDC but the tang is worn out and the master blde sticks out quite a bit.Been going to see if Case will repair it but haven't gotten around to it yet.Same with this congress;nice knife but one backspring is broken.

No, with the new pics, i believe you are correct, pattern 6208. Both have the same length and basic shape. Just could not see from the first pics if they had a hump on the top mid knife like the 67 does.

Besides after looking again, in the TESTED and XX era, 6208 was only made with regular pull and the 06267 was made in Long Pull only, as far as I know.

Just discovered this thread - it's too good to let it slip down too far so I'm bumping it up in hopes of getting some more great old Case Tested (and XX) knife pics posted. This is what newer collectors need to view, and study the characteristics of the real thing so they are less likely to get taken by the grifters and cheats, especially on eBay. It would be great if somehow we could put the b*^#%s out of business because would-be customers are too smart to fall for what they are selling.

Jerry, I have an 06267LP somewhere that I will dig out and post a photo of it. If I remember correctly it's a XX. I've had it about 40 years. You are correct that they are not often seen.

HET indeed. Some nice knives there but that grandson is the real prize. As a Red Raider fan myself I have to say we'll be proud to have him. And bad as our defense has been lately he probably can start right away!

Finally got time to go find my 06267 Long Pull. As promised here's some pics. Jerry, I like the bone on yours better as I think yours has the best color. This knife is not often seen, apparently not many were made.
