I picked this little Miller Bros ink eraser of ebay the other day while bottom feeding. Didn't have one and this one is in fair shape.

Two Northwoods came today. After enduring the frustration of KSF last week, I am happy to have both. Fayette Jack in black Micarta and Madison Barlow in Appaloosa bone.

A more sympathetic ear you will not find Sharpshiny. Nice pair to score. Done good. Both beauties, you deserve after that mob rule rush. Demand says a lot about their knives though. Congrats.

Got this with the thought of modifying the secondary into a Sheepcliffe but now that it's in hand, I can see that's not going to work. The nail nick is too far forward. Oh well. It wasn't very pricey. Both blades have strong half-stops and are both as sharp as the dickens. It will make a good giveaway someday.

I had one just like that Jerry. Like all rough riders I thought it was good for the price. I liked the profile of the clip blade which is the main reason I bought it.

It will never get carried/used abound here, Paul but I think it would make a good carry knife for a farmer, rancher, hunter, trapper, someone in the trades or anyone who likes a big knife (4¼" closed).

I can tell you it made a decent carry knife for a plumber, the only critique I can really give it is that it only has long blades.

Here are the dates on that:
Talyor Brands founded in 1975 in Kingsport Tennessee bought the Schrade and Camillus trademarks in 2004. They also were the licensee for Smith & Wesson and M&P knives. In 2016 Smith & Wesson’s Accessories Division, Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. purchased Taylor Brands for $85 million.

I tell you what Ken, the Chinese Schrade Co. made that sawcut bone look great. OH

Old 440C Buck 118 that two previous owners left their mark on; the first his name, the second his eraser! Bought from Paladin; Ray gave me a nice deal. Going to see what I can do with some valve grinding compound. This one will be another deer skinning and deboning Knife so it won’t matter exactly how successful I am. OH
