Two Kabars. They both are from a friend. The the coke bottle shape one he gave to me. The locking one he asked me to clean up, which for anyone here was easy, but he was very greatful.

One of the most impressive knives I've managed to add to the pile recently. A KA-BAR large 5 3/8" folding hunter with a locking swing guard. The swing guard is also the blade lock and has a Dec 4th 1923 Patent date on it. The knife is mid 1920's to 1930 with KA-BAR Reg. US. Pat. Off. tang stamp front and Union Cut Co Olean NY stamp on back.

That 1st Schrade with the schrimshaw handles has a serial number, must have been a special run with the patriotic theme.
