Yeah Phillip, just call me fancy Dan. Those two with the chains are the new GEC boys knives one in yellow jig bone and one in ebony. I'm thinking that Camillus 709 must have been an SMKW SFO since it has that jigged black bone.

I just got this old Excelsior Knife Co hawk bill, super strong knife with a heavy brass end cap, could probably snap down through a carrot lol. It will be fun cleaning it and I hope to get better pictures in a natural light.

Again, I'm not sure about the translation. Scissors are used in typical Bulgarian craft - абаджийство - Homespun? , Abandonment? This is the weaving of a very thick woolen cloth - aba - and sewing clothes from it.

When my son lived in Germany I saw some older clothes made from heavy cloth, mostly gray colored. I bet that is the type material you are talking about. Every thing now seems to be smaller. Cloth, scissors, etc. (and people smaller than 1855)
