Thanks, Tony and Mark! I have that black one, as well, Mark, which is why I bought this one, too. The curve is perfect in the hand, and, your're right, Tony. I feel sure it'd be great for slicing, peeling or coring!

QT, is that a Marbles on the bottom right? What is the pattern number on that one?

Yes it is, Tim, it's my very first and current one and only Marbles but I do not know the pattern number. The only info that came with the knife is a serial number printed on the box and a little label inside the box, but nothing on the knife itself. As far as I know, it's just called a Marbles Lock Back. But if anybody would know the pattern number, I'm guessing SSK Mark is the guy to ask.
