Not nearly as nice as some of the pairs (& trios) being shown here, but a matching pair nonetheless.

QTcut5, those are some mighty fine looking knives! I was not familiar with that pattern. Thank you for the introduction!

Q, I haven't seen that pattern previously. I like it a lot. Very striking knives.

Didn't know they made those with stag covers. Good find ~Q~. ::tu::

Garry, if you want to look those up, the work-a-day version is a 19OT. I snagged one from the Bay for $16 & change. Just to have an example in the pile.

Here are a couple of patterns I've always been drawn to by Case The 6240 and the 6x47.

I have many knives with this configuration of blades, but not two of the same matching patten and and blade choices re-arranged in such a way to compare them like this. Gotta say I thought i would have liked the one blade on each end like the White Owl in bone here. It is much thinner. But on the other hand, on a medium to smaller knife like this the Pony Jack thicker handle is really to me more comfy to grip and hold. I don't know, I go back and forth on it over time. I love a single spring more, I love the double more. Back and forth. All I know is these two from GEC are masterfully done, flawless, perfect and just nothing wrong and everything right. Love the wood and bone and sheild and blade pairing, everything. Fit and finish is A+ perfect 10. Thanks GEC, you make my knife life much better. And big thanks to Gunstock Barry for all the help getting them.

Here's a pair of Case/Zippo 6107 Smooth White Bone Mini Trappers...one in its original form and one that got the famous Lansky1 Wharncliffe makeover. How does he do that and make it look so...factory? ::shrug::

Here is something one does not often see. A matched pair of RedRider (Spelled with an i on this model.) hunting knives in a dual holster. The steel is 8CR14MOV. The holster or sheath appears quite durable. The large blade is 4 1/8". The smaller blade is 3 1/2".

Despite owning many S&M #51s from various years and with various handle covers, I just can't resist buying every S&M 042151 Mini Trapper I see (especially when nobody else is bidding on them). It's one of my top two favorite Mini-T patterns (No. 1 is the Case _107W).
