That is a great find!!!
I have and EDC a similar Lionsteel knife and it is Top-rate and excellente quality.RedRaiderRick wrote: ↑Sun Apr 27, 2025 2:13 am Haven't seen any posts or discussions regarding Lionsteel knives, made in Italy. What is everyone's opinion/experience? I decided to take a chance on this one. 0.18 inch thick M390 steel, one piece aluminum handle, frame lock, hidden pocket clip, cool lock on frame lock.... I post a review when it arrives.

Nice. I have an Atco Italy TL-29 that I like a lot.
That sounds like a cool knife
I don’t think so, but I will try to soon.
Here it is. I like how the directions on the screwdriver blade are actually stamped & not etched. Yes, I am a terrible photographer.
Nice catch, Dale, one of my favs less the extra blades.orvet wrote: ↑Fri May 02, 2025 5:10 am I haven't seen an Army Navy store for a long time, but I found one in Southern Oregon. They had an awesome selection of knives, especially Benchmade, but they had about everything else as well. I was most impressed to find some old stock Camillus TL-29s! Three of them with the last tang stamp Camillus used, but one that had the italicized CAMILLUS with the underline, circa the 1970s. It had a couple scratches on the blade but nothing serious. It was exciting to walk into a brick-and-mortar store with a huge selection of knives and buy some old stock Camillus military knives!![]()
Wahoo! Nice find for sure.
I like it!!!
A wonderful piece of ephemera.Ridgegrass wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 9:53 pm Found this Mathews Cutlery catalog in Pocomoke City, MD. It's not dated but the prices are ridiculous. Note the Case 6165 and C61050 are cheaper than a Sodbuster. Also an Ibberson Fairborne for $17.50! Any body recognize the company? I think their gone now. Sorry about the orientation, stupid a__ computer. J.O'.

T-Dog, I like the bone one ... is that a punch blade?![]()
I agree. I wore out my fair share of kleins. Stripping large cable takes a toll on them. Definitely one of my most collected patterns.GSPTOPDOG wrote: ↑Sat May 03, 2025 10:49 pmI like it!!!I think the "TL-29" stamp (cartouche?) on the scale is a great! And the directions on the screwdriver blade being actually stamped make that real keeper
. the "TL-29" pattern is one of my most numerous knives. I tend to find a lot of the used and they are very practical EDCs. In fact I am carrying one today, a Klein from Chicago.
