That's a beauty Cal.

I did some trading for this dandy pocketeze, but I got more than I bargained for. Thanks Scott, you're the man!

OH,
I would love to take complete credit for that alias but I stole it or maybe just borrowed it from Dandy Don Meredith. He used it occasionally on Monday Night Football. Sometimes I use it on the phone when some sales person makes an unwanted call.

Not sure how old it is but I really do like it!! More info in the European section.

My new $9 Ganzo axis lock from Amazon.com
Fit and finish is very good, blade locks up tight and will easily whisper through standard copy paper.
As usual, the steel is of questionable quality and only time and use will answer that question.
Overall, it's seems to be a great knife for $9. :D

Paladin wrote:Guys,
In the last batch of stuff I got 6 old Bali-Song butterfly knives. When I say Bali-Song, they are not by Benchmade but by Bali-Song. As I understand it, the company we now know as BenchMade began life as Bali-Song, then morphed into Pacific Cutlery and finally into the BenchMade as we know it today.
These knives are essentially mint and there are two leather sheaths and the rest are nylon.
One of the knives is etched DEMONSTRATOR ONLY and it has no point and no sharp edge.
I am going to attach some photos. Do we have any collectors of such knives here? I sure need value help on these.
So, maybe you might know something about them and if so I'd sure appreciate any input.

Ray
Well I don't know anything, but I suspect with the following benchmade has those would be quite valuable and desirable.

KnifeSlinger#81, Those are some good lookin' knives. The trading aspect is always interesting.
I just got these two as a result of a trade with an AAPK member.
Y'all remember Mutt and Jeff comics? That's what I thought when I was laying them out for the picture, the big Western and the Tiny Trapper. I already have a Western folding hunter but this one hasn't been sharpened and the Tiny Trapper is a pattern I'd never held in my hand, in fact, just recently I saw something here on AAPK that caused me to discover the difference between the Mini and the Tiny Trapper.
