What a great looking display of mini trappers. The mini trapper is the only type of trapper that I would, and do, carry. I find the two long blades of a traditional trapper to be impractical for what I use a knife for. Plus they just look good.

Time to wake up this thread with some eye candy. My Eureka jack collection. Wish I hadn’t sold two Tony Bose collaboration Eureka’s a few years back, but water under the bridge. Got the snakewood in today. Lined up all the 2025’s and 2019’s for a couple of shots.

Beautiful
Mark, I totally hear you about regretting selling certain knives. I feel the same way.....a lot. I have even re-purchased some knives but I finally had to make a personal rule not to buy any knives that I once owned but sold

Thanks Q, It is a great pattern. Honestly I didn’t know anything about the Eureka jack pattern until 2019. Didn’t full appreciate them until I got a few. GEC has made this with some beautiful handles over time. The TB Case Eureka’s are all pretty sweet too. Maybe someday I will acquire a collection with one in it to keep, maybe someday.QTCut5 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 22, 2025 7:06 pmBeautifulGreat pattern...nice assortment of handles

Re: Collections, Sub-Collections and Family Group Photos
Here is another sub collection I have. I love gunstock jacks, surprisingly I only have 5. Funny how some of my favorites are in the low single digits, like sowbelly stockmans and whittlers. Not sure why that is? Here are the 5 I have. Wendell Carson camel bone, GEC Buffalo Jack with some of the finest stag I have seen on one of these, two Marbles and one Canal Street made RIgid gunstock jack.

Wow Charlie, what a nice collection of canoes, anyone would be proud to own that.
Knifeknut, those are impressive G96s.
Chickenman, those are gorgeous. I have a thing for Damascus infused with copper and other alloys. That one is a special knife.
