Here's one I snagged recently, still in the bubble pack.

Anyone have a clue to when it might have been made? I'm thinking it's probably early 2000s.

It's called black pine cone. I've heard two versions. Pine cone soaked in black epoxy or resin. Bought it online from Coutellerie du Barry. They are reasonably priced with an excellent website that allows you to option the knife with many variations.
