Miller Bros Meriden was my next guess, too, but only because it was the last Connecticut knife manufacturer I could think of not because of the "screwy" clue. I got the clue but since I am not familiar with MB knives, I didn't know they used screws. Learned something new Very cool old knife, Lyle
