That is a rare one Earl. Are those Case XX era blades in a 65 pattern USA era frame?

Good luck geno. It's like a piece of jewelry. You can't see it in my photo but Northfield is stamped into the bail. It feels perfect in the hand too. 8)

Great week for knife trading:
P1010765.JPG
clockwise, starting from top right: WISS etched dogleg jack that bronco2 sent me (Thanks Denny!), WISS stockman (also came from bronc, but by a more circuitous route- thanks Chris!), Boker USA 8588 made in 1982 (note similarity to the WISS above), UNITED BOKER candy striped congress (trade w/ Channa), John Primble scout knife made by Boker (trade w/ Channa), small Boker congress pattern 6484, made circa 1968-1975 (trade w/ Channa), Boker USA 102 (cheap ebay purchase, still researching this one), Buck spring assisted knife (trade w/ Channa)
Here's a closeup of the two Wiss knives. Obviously a Boker pattern 9903 and 8588

Here's a closeup of the 102. unusual because the backsprings are covered.

And lastly, my lovely and talented mail carrier brought this circa 1986-1995 Solingen made Boker whittler with DEL-BONE handles today.

Thanks Phil and Perry. Classy looking German Eye there Phil. BTW how'd that big scout lot on ebay go?

Perry, you'd like this Northfield Conductor pattern. There's still some new ones to come out yet too.

I like those Wiss knives. I've never heard of them.

Thanks Mike, Perry, and Tim......... I managed to land one of the hundred or so scout knives that seller had listed for sale. Being the tightwad I am, I bid on many in hopes some would go cheap. Only one I bid on did. It's on the way to my place now. :) I'll show some a picture of it when it arrives.

Blue you don't really like that old scout knife now do ya? ::drool::
