Love the Roger's bone Ike , and that's my carry pattern , even though 3 blades aren't as necessary as they once were when I was eating from cans when working.

I just saw that nice Catt John , we could use Ike in the mystery knife game. I don't know much and I know less than that about anything besides antique knives.

Those are NICE! I love that cigar, I have 2 or 3 similar advertisers except they have no blade etch, the advertising is on the scales. The IXL, of course, is top notch. That may be the first Scotch advertising knife that I have seen.

Wow! I find that most impressive and certainly the most unique that I have seen in this category, really like that one!

As far as the IXL, it is an assumption on my part that it refers to Scotch. There is a body of water in Scotland that is referred to as the Scapa flow, and there is a nearby distillery of some renown and their product bears the name "Scapa". There were a few U.S. companies with that name, but they were mostly acronyms, and since the knife was from the UK, I assumed the Scotch connection.

Still really like my three back spring, slanted, pinched bolstered etched HAR- MAC UTICA knife. Spey blade is the only blade showing any use. Bone is perfect.

Peters Shoes easy-open, 2 blade, bare-head jack, 3" , brass liners. Looks like Delrin but may be some other composite. Un-marked as to manufacturer. Could be Imperial, Colonial, Ideal, Autopoint,???
Peters Shoes made by International Shoe Co., (Originally Peters Shoe Co., St. Louis), 1892-1950's. Made "Weatherbird" and "Diamond" brands. Also gave out baseball bats that are rare and collectible. J.O'.

Good info, I don't recall having seen a Peters Shoes knife around St Louis shows. I almost always see a Buster Brown or 2, but not Peters. I will be on the lookout from here on out, nice knife, thanks for showing. It would be awesome to run across one of those bats. I looked them up, and they have the Weatherbird logo on them.

I saw yours earlier today Skip. Only difference is the bail. I thought maybe the blades had been altered but yours are the same.
