Not Cam. ,Cat. or Cont.
Dates 1921-1929 located at 31 Union Square New York City.Owner was Julius Richter.Some knives made by Robeson,some made in Germany.Some knives marked GLICO.

Yes ,Globe Cutlery Co.
The tang is very hard to read.When I looked at the knife on ebay I thought it was a Robeson , but could not figure how the seller could get CLOSEOUTS as the name , After looking at the tang with a loop I see how he got to that.The letter B is obscured and could look like an S.

I think a clue is indicated here. There is nothing distinctive about the pattern or handles to guide our guesses.
Are markings manufacturer or merchant ?
Or, is it a USA knife or of 'other' origin.
Approximate age ?
You could pick one of these to be a clue, or something else that helps but does not give it away. Don't want to make it too easy.
