I just received this little guy - I like it! It is a Robeson 922253 pen with "Shurwood" handles. Am I correct that this Robeson tang stamp is 1940-1964? The spring on this thing is ferocious!

Today my trip to the post office produced this Camillus 72, short line, "whittler" pocket knife. The knife received a gentle once over. I took some pictures and here they are.

The Ponder Country Post Rider left me another purchase today. This was only a $7 purchase, but everything about it reminded me of my younger days and if it turned out to be a dud I wasn't out that much. As it turns out the knife is Pakistan and is exactly the type of knife my father would have bought for my first knife. The tin can container also looks and feels like it came right out of the 50's. BTW I can't find a darn thing about this company, does anyone have some info?

Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
The mail dropped off Grant's (Shearer) purchase today. I didn't open it, so I don't know what he bought. Just filled out the paperwork, put a new address label on it and took it to the post office.
We did however stop at Nicholson's Hardware on the way back from lunch so I could get a key made. Took a stroll back to their knife counter and fell in love. This Case Mini-Trapper came home with me. I wish my photography was better and I could capture the beauty of these handles.

Love the pattern of that Kirinite!
Picked these up at the mailbox today.
Schrade USA SC505; Norfolk Southern Pocahontas Division 1988 Safety Award.
Three Victorinox Classic SDs. I usually have a lot of them around, since while small, they are a good EDC knife, and cheap. I often give them away. But not these. I don't have any of the colors in my collection at present.
Green. Needs some cleaning and maintenance done (well all of them do, but this needs the most cleaning).
Yellow Kampgrounds of America.
Cross is on pile side scale, printing on both scales.
Purple. Doesn't look to have seen much use. Custom paracord lanyard has been attached, probably by seller. Like the color of the paracord. Many say the lanyard makes the small knife easier to grip--and I agree.

Thanks for validating my opinion Garry. A big plus for buying them when you can see and handle them.

Nice looking knife.
I been watching you collect mini-trappers. You will have to buy some more knife rolls

knifegnome, how old is your Remington fixed blade ? I don't know much about them and the few i have owned have been used++. I have never seen a similar stag handle on a Remington. And is sheath original to the knife ?
It looks great !
