Am curious to when Camillus manufactured the Rough Cut Stockman with the different emblems on the handles. I have seen some with a "round" shaped emblem on the handle......then some have the "oblong" shaped emblem.
Any clue to which is an earlier made version?
thanks

Don't know if this will help or not,but here goes.Twelve or so years ago I bought a bunch of congress knives from Smokey Mtn.they were very cheap. The story was they were made up of spare parts.they were yellow, staglon, two blade, four blade, with and without shields, round and oval shields. Four blades six bucks two blades four.At that time Camillus owned a part of Smokey Mtn. Fine knives with good fit and finish.
An uncontrolled accumulator.
