Question....How is the Pommel on a Case 337-6 Q Attached?....Is it a Press?

Not sure about your Case but this Catt 225Q butt cap appears to be a press fit.
Knives are similar but the Catt has a three piece cap and I believe the Case has a one piece.

The case 337 and the Cattaraugus 225Q are attached differently. The 225Q's last metal pommel disc is rotated to lock down and than the 2 ring shanked nails are driven through the leather. Not sure of the Case 337 method.
