I ain't been able to tote nothing since my surgery Wednesday of last week, ain't hardly been out of my chair. But here's what's sitting on the table beside me so I can play with them now and again. I swap them out some when Precious let's me up for a bathroom break. I'll catch her not looking and sneak over to the knife roll and change them out. Bad news is I have to get her to close up the roll cause I can't do it one handed.
lol.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I had one arm in a immobilizing sling after a shoulder surgery for twelve weeks a few years back, so I know how frustrating suddenly being one armed can be, (and of course being right handed it was that arm being immobilized). Having to use my left arm for everything was almost as painful for that arm as the surgery was for the other. I'll be joining you soon however, as the left shoulder is the next on the "chopping block", at least I know what to expect, (thus the reason I keep putting it off).Colonel26 wrote:I ain't been able to tote nothing since my surgery Wednesday of last week, ain't hardly been out of my chair. Nice to know I'm not the only one who keeps a couple of knives on the coffee table to hold and admire every day, and I too swap those out frequently, (to not show favoritism, mustn't neglect any). For me it's not only pleasurable to handle a well made tool, it's also about handing down family heirlooms I actually handled and used, even if just while sitting at home on my couch.
Buck up Colonel, get well, heal well, and have a great new year.

Very nice gard!
Baykeeper hang in there. I get a hinged brace and start PT week after next. This too shall pass. And yes, even when not tied down I have a few knives out to play with. Something always needs a few passes on the steel at least!

Today's carries. Case 6233 SS Pen in the watch pocket, (awesome 'lil knife), a Gerber LST in the left pocket, and in sheaths a 1970's Craftsman 95032 Folding Hunter that belonged to my late brother & Case 21953 1/2L Drop Point Russlock in Second Cut Crimson Bone, (got two hips, why waste one?). I also had a CRKT tactical clipped inside my boot, but forgot to add it to the photo.

Been carrying this Case-Bose Saddlehorn Trapper the last couple of days. OH

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I'm wearing my jeans as we were putting a tarp on the roof.
I used the PM2 to cut paracord. Used the very sharp Schrade 3OT to clean up the loose dead skin on my hand. The tarp is up.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Blue Grass Cutlery made that Winchester.garddogg56 wrote:Not sure who made'em in 1997glenn wrote:Was that Winchester made by Queen?was hoping Carmillus knew.
