Fixed blade date identification

Was wondering the date on this Pal knife, some ppl think 1940 to 1953, when Pal bought Remington, but I'm thinking 1924 to the mid 30's, cause of the markings on the tang, which is my understanding say made in Germany in French. Here are a few pic's, and a pic of dates of the knife were it was imported, or not. Any help would be great. Thanks[attachment=

Knife is German made and I would think an import product of Utica Knife and Razor.
