Thought i'd post up a few of these knives I've acquired over the years. They aren't very big with collectors so most are relatively inexpensive.I don't remember ever paying more than a few dollars for one;in fact one I bought for a quarter and it was handmade and very good at that!
My first one was the joseph Elliott and it is unusual in that the handle is made up of pieces of stacked phenolic(early;maybe Bakelite)and brass held on by a threaded pommel.
The Forschner looks brand new and sports a Victorinox stamp.Paid $2 for it at a yard sale.
The huge early knife has no readable mark(blade is very rusted)but appealed to me and the price was right(50 cents!).
The carving sets I've always enjoyed;especially the Landers,Frary,& Clark Aetna Works set. I paid $25 for it about 30 years ago and although it may have been a bit much at the time I still liked it.The Craftsman set I bought last year for $16.

And lastly some carver sets. The stag handled steel and fork were too good to pass up for $2 for the pair.
